WHO WE ARE
Billtown Baptist is an evangelical community church rooted in the baptist tradition that exists to glorify God by making devoted followers of Jesus Christ. Although we aren't perfect, we try our best to love God and love others in all that we do. If you are looking for a place to worship, or simply a place to feel welcome, come check us out.
WHAT WE DO
We believe that our church community should form us and reorient us to God, to each other, and the world. When we gather together each Sunday, we desire to be formed through a commitment to prayer, sound teaching, and lifting praise in song.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Some people wear their "Sunday Best", while others are very casual. Just come as you are and we will be thrilled to welcome you. We're an evangelical Christ-centered church that is trying to live out God's Word in our day to day lives through the power of His Spirit.
OUR PASTOR
Our pastor starting on September 8, 2024, is Lic. Angela Pound. Angela was born and raised in the Annapolis Valley and loves the valley, especially the small communities and all they have to offer. She was a public school teacher until recently when she heard God's call to go into ministry full time. She enjoys pointing people to Jesus and helping them discover their identity in Christ. She looks forward to walking alongside the Billtown Community on our shared faith journey.
