Announcements for Sunday September 6, 2026

  • Automatic deposit/etransfer is set up for the church for the offering.  The address is treasurer@billtownbaptist.com. Annual receipts will be tracked for income tax purposes.

  • Weekly Monday Afternoon Bible Study takes place at Pat Mutch's Home in Kentville starting at 1:30. This will start back up September 14th.

  • The Chosen Bible Study is Tuesday evenings at the church (except the 2nd Tuesday of the month) from 6:30-8. It starts back up on September 15th.

  • There will be youth group for grades 6-12 in combination with Kentville Baptist at Kentville on September 18th. If you need a drive, contact Pastor Angela.

  • We are collecting items every Sunday for the foodbanks (alternating each month between Kentville and Canning).

  • If you bring snacks with nuts to church please label them.

  • WMS meets the first Thursday of the month. This will begin again in September.

  • The first Sunday of the month, the change in the offering, or you can mark it on your envelope, goes to the benevolent fund at the church.

  • There are funeral planning papers in the entryway if you would like a copy.

  • Kings Country Seniors' Safety Society is a great resource. Their number is (902) 670-0725, or they can be found online at: https://kingsseniorssafety.org/ or on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/kingsseniorssafety). 

  • Every Wednesday from 9-4 is quilting at the Northville Farm Heritage Centre. All are welcome.

  • The Women's Institute meets the 2nd Wednesday of the month @1:30 at the Lakeville Community Hall.
